Just a heads-up: we put in a few lines about some of the trademarked names that appear in our game. To spare you the long search through the entire document, you can find it under section '4. Proprietary Rights; Copyrights and Trademarks', or simply read the addition below:

All aircraft models are designed to have flight characteristics realistically replicating World War II era aircraft. All aircraft trademarks and trademark rights are the exclusive property of their respective owners."
