Registration Information
Registration begins on September 23, 2013 and will end on September 27, 2013 at 12:00 PDT (15:00 EDT), and must follow the criteria listed below:
- Teams MUST have a minimum of 4 players on the roster and a maximum of 7 players on the roster. Any team not meeting these requirements will be denied
- Team Captains will need to submit their team rosters to WoWPtournaments@wargaming.net
- The email MUST contain:
- A team name
- The in-game names of all members
- Any links to logos representing your team (very small, like forum avatar size)
- The team roster will be reviewed, and if proper, it will be accepted and the team captain will receive a PM detailing where to go and register the team. Only the captain has to go register. Once the captain has registered fully, that team is considered complete and ready for seeding. No changes can or will be made to the team or roster
- A copy of the team roster will be posted in a locked forum thread for viewing purposes by everyone, but with no ability to edit. This roster will be posted within 24 hours of the captain completing registration
- Only the first 64 teams will be accepted
- Any teams who send an email after the close of registration will be denied access to the tournament
Schedule
The full schedule will be provided at the close of registration once the final team has been determined. Rounds will be required to begin at 18:30 PDT (21:30 EDT, 01:30 UTC the following day) each scheduled day, and follow these rules:
- The team on top of the schedule will be considered the "Home" team and be responsible for creating the training room no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of battle with proper settings (correct map; battle time of 10 minutes; correct tier settings)
- "Home" captains are responsible for informing the opposing captain of the room's creation and placing all members on proper sides
- The "Away" captain is responsible for informing the "Home" captain that their team is ready to start the battle
- Battles are required to start by 18:30 PDT. Training Rooms are required to be made by the "Home" team no later than 15 minutes prior to required battle time
- If the 'Home" team captain has created the room and informed the opponent of the room creation by the proper time and the opposing team is not ready by required battle time, then the HOME captain has to take a screen pic of the time he/she informed the opposing captain (chat box) as well as his/her team readied up in the training room
- If the "Home" team captain has not created a room nor informed the opponent that one is created by the battle mark, then the opposing captain needs to make an attempt to contact the "Home" captain, as well as take a screenshot showing a timestamp, then submit that to WoWPtournaments@wargaming.net. Doing so will declare a no-show by the "Home" team
- Round 1: September 30 (Monday)
- Round 2: October 1 (Tuesday)
- Round 3: October 2 (Wednesday)
- Round 4: October 3 (Thursday)
- Round 5: October 4 (Friday)

- The number of days needed will be dependent on how many teams register; however, it will not pass 64 teams or six rounds. Be prepared for this amount of days before registering

Instructions for Overall-Winning Captains
In the event the winning captain can't perform the reporting instructions, then he/she may send the screenshots to WoWPtournaments@wargaming.net instead. All results must be reported to either location within 4 hours of the last battle time.
Failure to report the battles by the winning team on time, or at all, will cause the match to be declared a draw and both teams will not move forward. Any disputes or questions must be sent to WoWPtournaments@wargaming.net within 4 hours after the final battle. Failure to send or sending late may cause the dispute to be denied.
