We here at Wargaming enjoy a good joke, spoof, or "gotcha" as much as the next humongous corporate entity. Levity is good. There are numerous aspects to this year's April Fools Event, some of which we'll detail and others you'll have find, see if you can spot them all!

With a light-hearted air, we've assembled a series of missions that will earn you limited edition skins and emblems for some of your planes! They're running a little faster and looser than our typical historically inspired visuals. Scope the gallery and event details below!

Event Starts: Wednesday, April 1 at 04:20 PDT (07:20 EDT)
Event Stops: Saturday, April 11 at 04:20 PDT (07:20 EDT)

Camouflage Mission

Earning Your Stripes

Win a battle.

Reward: Limited Edition Camouflage

  • Once for each eligible aircraft
  • Random Battles only

Eligible Aircraft

Soviet: LaGG-3, Yak-7, Yak-1, MiG-3, IL-2

German: Fw. 190V, Bf. 109E, Bf. 110E, Ju 87 G, Hs 129 B

American: P-40, P-38F, F4F

Japanese: A6M2

British: Spitfire I, Beaufighter

 

Emblem Mission

Triple Play

Win three battles.

Reward: Limited Edition Emblem

  • Once for each nation
  • Random battles only
  • Must win three battles using the same nation's aircraft

Eligible Nations and Description

Aircraft from USSR, Germany, Britain, USA, and Japan tech trees are all eligible.

Whichever plane you complete the mission with (win the third battle) will receive the emblem. Plan accordingly!
