Unable to Play? Here's a Solution!

Pilots!

We have received feedback that a few players are experiencing crashes when trying to enter the game. We are investigating this issue and have a temporary solution for those affected by it.

You can avoid it by:

  • Switching to the SD client in the Wargaming.net Game Center
    Hide

    Hide Show
    , or
  • Pressing "Launch the game with default graphics settings" in the dropdown menu next to the PLAY button, and once the game loads, going to its Settings -> General tab, and switching from the Festive background to any other.

We are working to identify the cause of this problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
