A must have in the U.S. Tech Tree, the F4U-1 Corsair is an excellent fighter due to its speed, altitude performance and ability to mount either bombs or rockets! Initially designed as a carrier-based aircraft, the F4U-1 demonstrated its versatility in filling the role of a land-based fighter as it fought alongside the Marine Corps in the Pacific War.
