Version 1.8.3 Released

It’s that time of year again folks, there is a new update in town! The new update adds new planes, new camouflage and lots more. We are introducing five new planes from various nations and along with that, you will be able to give select aircraft some new sweet decals. What’s more, you will be able to pilot your spruced up warbirds on a new map: Dam.

Balance Changes

A handful of planes are the subject of balance changes. Those include:

• Arado Ar 197
• Messerschmitt Me 262 HG II
• Bell XFL-1 Airabonita

New Camouflage

New camouflage is being introduced for select planes in the Soviet, German, British and American tech trees. The new camouflage comes from various nations, not represented in World of Warplanes. The nations are: Spain, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, The Netherlands and Poland.

New Map

New camo and a new map, we really are spoiling you! The newest addition is called Dam - based on the Hoover Dam on the Colorado River, bordering Nevada and Arizona. Spoiler – the dam itself cannot be destroyed. While the canyon has been removed so as not to complicate gameplay, the map is open and vast, available for warbirds of tiers V – IX.

Not only that, we have some more additions and changes. El Halluf has been modified, more planes have been added and there are some user interface improvements.
