Crew Skills Reworked

The redesigned Crew development system means that pilots and their Crew can be trained to customize their abilities to suit an individual's play style, while they greatly affect the plane's characteristics.

Also, unlike the old system where the effectiveness of Skills increased gradually as you progressed, the new system will give you maximum efficiency from the start!

New Plane
